Blast kills 15 civilians, injures 20 in Afghanistan: Interior Ministry

At least 15 civilians were killed and 20 more were wounded in an explosion in Afghanistan at a gathering in Gelan district, Ghazni Province, on Friday afternoon, said the Ministry of Interior Affairs.
