Iran-Russia cultural ties should not recede due to coronavirus: Professor

The cultural and human relations between Iran and Russia should not be reduced under the influence of the coronavirus pandemic, said the head of Russia-Iran Friendship Association, Alexander Palishok, on Sunday.
